- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Products Distribution and Segmentation:
- Oversee the distribution strategy for our products, ensuring effective market segmentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and enhance distribution channels.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Provide leadership in fostering a client-centric culture within the organization.
- Lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and communications.
- Develop and maintain investor relationships, providing regular updates on company performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the investment or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of business development, product distribution, and segmentation strategies.
- Demonstrated success in sales, marketing, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and inter personal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive initiatives to successful completion.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- CFA, CIMA, or similar certifications are a plus.
